Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied. If something is not right, we will make it right.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, we cannot offer a return or exchange unless the item is defective.
2. Eligible for Return
- Item received is damaged or defective.
- Wrong product was delivered.
- Item does not match the description on our website.
- Item is unused, in original packaging with all accessories and tags intact.
3. Not Eligible for Return
- Product has been used, installed, or shows signs of wear.
- Original packaging has been damaged or discarded.
- Return request is made after 7 days of delivery.
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or accident.
- Products purchased during clearance or final sale.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at rajat@quikprof.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Include photos of the product and packaging.
- Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
- Do not ship the product without our confirmation — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
5. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (UPI, card, bank account).
- COD orders are refunded via bank transfer — please provide your bank details when requesting a return.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchange
We offer exchanges for defective or wrong products. If the replacement item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.
